When you join Rally Club we collect your name, email address, password (stored encrypted), your chosen Rally City and any profile details you add.

If you join a city launch list, we collect your email, first name, chosen city and your marketing consent.

If you submit a partnership enquiry, we collect your name, company, email, phone number where given, partnership category, city and message.

As you use the club we record activity such as events you attend, streaks, points, badges and perks you redeem.

2. Why we use it

To create and run your membership, issue your member number and show your profile, streaks, points and badges.

To tell you about launches, events, perks and club news for the city you chose — only where you have consented, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

To operate partner perks and member privileges, and to improve the website and the club programme.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who host our website, database and email delivery.

Where a perk or event is delivered with a partner, we may confirm your membership status to that partner. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep membership data while your membership is active, and launch-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Partnership enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards.

5. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to close your membership entirely.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Where we use analytics, it is to understand how pages perform, not to build advertising profiles of individuals.
