Marketplace safety.
The Rally Club Marketplace is a player-to-player platform. Members deal directly with each other, so these standards keep it trustworthy.
Standards
Buy and sell with confidence.
Describe gear honestly
- Use real photos of the actual item, not stock or brand images.
- State the condition clearly, including cracks, dents, wear and repairs.
- Name the brand, model and approximate age where you know them.
Inspect before you pay
- Check the frame, bridge and edge guard of any racket for damage.
- Ask for extra photos or a short video before agreeing a price.
- Where possible, meet in person at a public place or a club event.
Handle payment carefully
- Rally Club does not hold funds or process Marketplace payments between members.
- Agree the amount, method and handover in writing before you pay.
- Be cautious with deposits, overpayment requests and off-platform pressure.
Respect the community
- One listing per item, priced honestly, and removed once it is sold.
- No counterfeit, stolen or misrepresented equipment.
- No harassment, spam or repeated no-shows.
Report a problem
- Report suspicious listings or member behaviour through our contact page.
- Include the listing, the member number involved and what happened.
- Members who breach these rules can lose Marketplace access.
