Terms of membership.

1. About Rally Club

Rally Club is a padel lifestyle members club operating across multiple cities, with its founding city and headquarters in Singapore. These terms apply to the Rally Club website and to Rally Club membership.

Rally Club is not a court operator or booking agent. Events take place at partner venues, and those venues' own rules also apply while you are on their premises.

2. Membership

Membership is currently free. When you join, we issue you a member number and create a member profile. Your membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred.

You must provide accurate information when joining and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Events and bookings

Event availability, formats, pricing and locations may change. Where an event requires payment, the price shown at the time of booking applies, and member and guest pricing may differ.

You take part in physical activity at your own risk. You confirm you are medically fit to play and will follow reasonable instructions from Rally Club organisers and venue staff.

4. Marketplace and perks

Marketplace products and member perks are provided together with partners. Availability, pricing and perk terms may change or be withdrawn.

Perk codes and partner benefits are for members only and must not be shared or resold.

5. Acceptable use

Our house rules form part of these terms. We may suspend or end a membership where a member behaves unsafely, harasses others, abuses perks or damages the club or its partners.

You may not misuse the website, attempt to access other members' data, or scrape or copy club content for commercial purposes.

6. Changes and liability

We may update these terms as the club develops. Continued use of the website or membership after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Rally Club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
